Objektif Program	By the end of this program, students should be able to: ·         obtain first-hand information on how to handle  job interview. ·         obtain first-hand information on the employer’s expectations. ·         present poster  effectively.
Strategi Pelaksanaan	Time/ Place Activity Venue 8.30-900am Arrival and Breakfast for panel Student registration ULPL 9.00- 9.30 am Briefing to panel CDeC 9.30 -1.00pm Mock Job Interview CDeC Poster Presentation DTLAJ 1.00-2.30pm Lunch ULPL 2.30- 4.30pm Talk a.        panel representative brief students on their performance during job interview. b.       panel representative gives a talk on industry expectations for fresh employees. DTLAJ 4.30-5.00pm Tea break ULPL
Masalah / kekangan yang dihadapi	1.      Some of the students found being interviewed by industry players rather daunting. 2.      It was rather difficult for students to converse in English.
